Currently, HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team located in Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time, contract position with a competitive annual salary of $50,000. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, making this role ideal for dedicated professionals who thrive in a structured and fast-paced office environment.
The Bilingual Front Desk Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing front-line support to visitors, employees, and executives alike. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a critical requirement for this position, as the administrator will serve as a key point of communication between diverse internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements
- fluency in English and Spanish

- 3 years of experience as a front desk administrator, receptionist, or administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment
