Job Description

Our company is a rapidly growing service provider specializing in residential property maintenance. We take pride in offering high-quality services that enhance the living experience for residents across multiple apartment complexes. We are committed to upholding core values that include dependability, efficiency, love for the work we do, truthfulness in our interactions, and adaptability to changing environments and challenges. Our strong team culture is built on mutual trust and respect among all members, and we encourage autonomy and ownership of tasks to ensure every client’s satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated Valet to join our team, a role that plays a crucial part in maintaining clean and pleasant living spaces for residents. This position operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 7:00 pm to approximately 8:30 pm, with a workweek comprising only a few hours, making this an ideal role for those seeking part-time employment with consistent hours and reliable pay.

The role of the Valet is integral to our operations and offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in autonomous work environments and excel at building strong professional relationships. The Valet is responsible for fulfilling essential duties such as collecting trash and recycling from residents’ containers within apartment complexes, ensuring proper disposal in designated dumpsters or compactors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the community by picking up loose trash. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential, as is the ability to document any instances of non-compliance by residents, which helps uphold community standards. This role also requires the Valet to navigate various terrains, including stairways and long walking distances, often under different weather conditions, demonstrating the physical resilience and commitment necessary for the position. Successful candidates will be entrusted with a significant degree of responsibility and autonomy, reflecting the level of trust placed in our team members. We value employees who do more than just their job description — those who take ownership of their work and contribute ideas on improving service delivery.

Our Valets benefit from a supportive management team that values their input and promotes a collaborative work culture where recommendations from frontline staff are heard and implemented whenever possible. The starting pay for this role is $205 per week, paid biweekly, alongside paid holidays, offering a rewarding compensation package for a few hours of work each week. This position also demands that candidates have a valid driver’s license, are insured drivers, and possess a truck suitable for the job tasks. A smartphone with data and camera capabilities is essential for documenting work and communicating effectively with the team. If you are dependable, efficient, honest, loving in your approach, and adaptable, and you seek a chance to grow within a financially secure and professionally nurturing company, this could be the right opportunity for you to advance your career while making a tangible difference in the residential communities we serve.
