Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol
- Availability to work variable, part-time or full-time hours
- Completion of all required state or local training and certifications for alcohol service
- Adherence to company dress code
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms and talk or hear frequently
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination
- Regular and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Identify problems and evaluate relevant information
- Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
Job Duties
- Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
- Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
- Knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
- Exceptional guest service skills
