Starting at $20.00 per hour, this position requires team members to have weekend and nighttime availability due to the operational hours of various Papa John's locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation to work at different store locations as needed. The Restaurant Team Member’s duties include performing assigned workstation tasks such as making pizzas and preparing ingredients, accurately ringing up orders using the FOCUS System, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Team members are also expected to engage positively with customers, contributing to a friendly and efficient service atmosphere. They support the team by assisting colleagues, completing closing duties, and upholding uniform and appearance standards to maintain the company’s professional image.

Job Requirements
- Must have weekend and night-time availability
- Working at different Papa Johns locations, so transportation is a must
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 17+ years old
- Available to work weekends and nights
- Serv-Safe/Local or state food service certification preferred
Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do
- Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift
- Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
- Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
- Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions
- Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order
- Protect the company's assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas
