Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stay abreast of established safety practices and hazardous materials awareness
  • Maintain acceptable appearance and conduct standards
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English or Spanish
  • ABC Card required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills in English or Spanish required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide entertaining and high-quality customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
  • Ability to work evening shifts consistently

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional "show service" including table-side preparations and presentations
  • Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
  • Present the four course fondue menu and guide guests through their dining experience
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the station and dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Uphold safety and health standards throughout the dining shift
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
