Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion or progress towards cast certification program
- legal age to serve and sell alcohol
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- knowledge of all state and local laws regarding alcohol service
- good public speaking and listening skills
- ability to perform math calculations accurately
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear
- occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- comply with dress code and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- possess good public speaking skills
- listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- identify and correct errors
- identify problems and gather relevant data
- evaluate information and recognize alternatives
- take action beyond what is called for
- perform under pressure
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- establish goals, budget time and set priorities
Job Duties
- Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
- knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
- regular and consistent attendance
- knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
- knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
- exceptional guest service skills
