This job opportunity is for a Contract to Hire Receptionist position based in Honolulu, HI. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and is entirely onsite, providing a dynamic work environment suited for individuals who enjoy direct interaction with various stakeholders. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, setting the tone for exceptional customer service and efficient communication throughout the organization.

The key responsibilities of the receptionist include greeting and directing visitors warmly, managing incoming communications such as phone calls and emails, and providing essential administrative support like data entry and document drafting. They also handle mail management by sorting and distributing daily deliveries and maintain the organization’s front desk area to ensure it is tidy and well-stocked. Scheduling is another vital component, requiring the booking of appointments, calendar management, and coordination of conference rooms, supporting smooth operational flow within the office.

In addition to these duties, the receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining office security by monitoring visitor access, keeping security logs, and issuing visitor badges as necessary. This multifaceted role requires excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and a professional demeanor to enhance the visitor experience and support internal teams.

Job Duties
