Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Willingness to work flexible hours between 8am and 8pm
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to engage positively with guests
- Capability to assist in a team setting
- Commitment to learning and growth
Job Qualifications

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- 16 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- Assist customers in need of extra assistance
- Check with customers post-meal to ensure satisfaction or to offer additional help
- Ensure kids receive a kid treat
- Handle and resolve any customer concerns
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
