Job Duties

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Assist customers in need of extra assistance
  • Check with customers post-meal to ensure satisfaction or to offer additional help
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle and resolve any customer concerns
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
