Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor and report department results
  • ensure guest service staff are trained and front counter and drive-thru areas are organized
  • oversee kitchen staff training and food quality and safety
  • manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of crew
  • motivate and recognize team members
