Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older
- must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- must be able to do general cleaning including sweeping and mopping
- must be able to stand for entire shift up to 8 hours
- must be servsafe certified
- must have attended McDonald's training classes
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or restaurant management preferred
- ability to train and develop team members
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- organize front counter, drive-thru, and McCafe areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire qualified crew, train them, and manage scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
