Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to perform general cleaning tasks
- working in a drug-free environment
- employed by an independent franchisee
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- servsafe certified
- completed mcdonalds training classes
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to train and mentor team members
- knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems
- experience in customer service and fast-paced restaurant environments
Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- ensure delivery of great customer experience and proper implementation of sales promotions in Guest Service
- oversee quality, safety, cost control and training in Kitchen department
- recruit, train, schedule and motivate crew members in People department
- maintain cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment tops
