Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • ability to perform general cleaning tasks
  • working in a drug-free environment
  • employed by an independent franchisee
  • able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • servsafe certified
  • completed mcdonalds training classes
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to train and mentor team members
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems
  • experience in customer service and fast-paced restaurant environments

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • ensure delivery of great customer experience and proper implementation of sales promotions in Guest Service
  • oversee quality, safety, cost control and training in Kitchen department
  • recruit, train, schedule and motivate crew members in People department
  • maintain cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment tops
