Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality customer service and food safety
  • Ability to plan and execute shift responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Positive team player with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to provide coaching and direction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet restaurant standards
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the restaurant
  • Manage inventory and scheduling effectively
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Communicate with incoming Shift Managers for smooth shift transitions
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
