Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to quality customer service and food safety
- Ability to plan and execute shift responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Positive team player with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide coaching and direction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet restaurant standards
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the restaurant
- Manage inventory and scheduling effectively
- Train and develop crew members
- Communicate with incoming Shift Managers for smooth shift transitions
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
