Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- basic math and inventory management skills
Job Qualifications
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- strong customer service and support focus
- ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules
- inspire and empower by providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
- understand that teamwork is key by supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
- take action first by taking measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- never stop learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
- be results-oriented by driving and expecting a high level of performance from the team
