This job opportunity is offered by a well-established restaurant franchise renowned for providing quality food and exceptional customer service. The restaurant operates as an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, including its logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and manages all aspects of employment independently. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no authority or involvement in employment decisions at this location.

This part-time position includes various shifts to accommodate diverse schedules, including opening shifts starting at 5 am with negotiable ending times, closing shifts ending between midnight and 1 am with negotiable starting times, as well as after school and weekend shifts. This flexibility allows employees to choose shifts that best suit their lifestyle and commitments.

The role is crucial to the restaurant's operation and customer experience. Employees will lead the experience by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
