Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for entire shifts up to 8 hours
- Must be able to perform general cleaning including sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to reach up to clean the tops of equipment
- Food Handler Safety Card required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Commitment to a drug-free work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards
- Possession of a valid Food Handler Safety Card
Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Taking accurate food orders
- Preparing all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
