Job Description
This McDonald's restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products in running the restaurant. While McDonald's USA provides brand standards and food quality control, the ownership and management of this restaurant, including all employment decisions, lie solely with the franchisee. This means that if hired for a position at this restaurant, the franchisee is your direct employer and responsible for managing all staffing-related matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee discipline. McDonald's USA has no involvement in the employment process or decisions for this location and will not see your application or be part of any hiring decisions.
This job posting is for the role of a Crew Team Member, a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you are more than just an employee—you are part of a team dedicated to delivering a positive dining experience to each guest. This position is suitable for those seeking a part-time or full-time job that aligns with their lifestyle and ambitions, whether you are looking for your first job or a stepping stone to future career growth. The franchisee here emphasizes the importance of supporting employees through top-tier training programs and educational opportunities designed to foster growth both inside and outside the restaurant.
As a Crew Team Member, you will engage with customers to ensure they receive friendly and efficient service, assisting them with their orders and helping prepare McDonald's world-famous menu items to the highest standards. You will work in partnership with other crew members and managers to meet daily operational goals, all while maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. No prior experience is necessary—what's essential is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting. You'll receive comprehensive training designed to build valuable skills that can serve you throughout your professional and personal life.
Moreover, McDonald's offers industry-leading education programs, including the Archways to Opportunity initiative, which provides employees access to high school completion courses, college tuition assistance, and English language classes. These programs aim to empower crew members to pursue their ambitions and open doors to a wide range of possibilities both within McDonald's and beyond. With more than 80 percent of employees proud to work at McDonald's and recommending it as a workplace, this role provides a supportive company culture and a chance to grow in your career.
The position is open to individuals aged 16 years and older, with flexible scheduling options covering breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends to accommodate your availability. Embracing this opportunity means becoming part of a respected global brand while working in an independent setting where your contributions and development matter. Join the team and experience what it means to be part of America’s Best First Job, gaining skills and building confidence every day with the support of your franchisee employer and fellow crew members.
