The Crew Team Member position involves various tasks that contribute to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming restaurant atmosphere. Crew members connect with customers ensuring a positive dining experience; assist them in ordering their favorite McDonald’s meals; prepare McDonald’s world-famous food with care and attention to quality; collaborate with peers and managers to achieve daily operational goals while fostering a fun and inclusive work environment; and keep the restaurant clean and inviting.
