Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking, and light jogging
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions with exposure to extreme temperature ranges

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols
Basic vehicle handling skills

Job Duties

Be ready for work at start of shift and available to assist guest
Maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
Bag incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
Move vehicles forward on service drive for both incoming and outgoing traffic
Open service garage doors for customers as needed
Park vehicles in designated customer parking areas and mark the spot on the key tag
Take keys promptly to dispatch board and hang them on the peg corresponding with key tag numbers
Adhere to speed limits and drive cautiously and safely
Retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicles down on service drive
Remove paper floor mats and bags from seats
Adhere new oil change sticker on the windshield and remove old ones if present
Remove key ring with tag from keys
Remove hang tags from rear view mirrors
Wipe down customer vehicles including steering wheel, shifter, door handles, and window switches
Provide friendly and courteous customer interactions
Connect customers to advisors or managers for questions about paperwork
Deliver customers to appropriate team members in service area
Transport vehicles to Dolan Auto Group locations, vendors, or other dealerships
Shuttle customers to and from home and work
Clean shop equipment when requested
Empty garbage bins on service drive and garage parking areas
Dispose of tires and boxes as necessary
Fill shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vans and service drive areas including sweeping and debris removal
Fill out daily check sheets with initials
Work assigned scheduled stations and participate in rotation as required
