Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team focused on customer service

Job Duties

Answer incoming service calls, emails, and internet leads
Help customers with scheduling appointments
Update guest information in our systems
Maintain a thorough knowledge of potential servicing that may be needed
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
Answer customers' questions and understand potential services they may need
Outbound calling to confirm service appointments
Customer follow-up
