Job Description
Our company is a dedicated pet care service provider committed to delivering empathetic and professional care to pets and their owners. We specialize in a range of pet care services, including dog walking, pet sitting, drop-ins, and boarding, aiming to create a consistent and caring presence in the lives of pets and a friendly, reliable service for their owners. Established with a vision to offer superior pet care, our company embraces a philosophy that values the emotional and physical well-being of every pet entrusted to us. We pride ourselves on our professional approach, flexible scheduling, and the supportive, respectful environment we foster among our team and clients. This emphasis on quality and empathy sets us apart in the pet care industry, attracting animal lovers who want to make a meaningful contribution to their community.
The role of a BFF Buddy goes beyond the traditional responsibilities of a dog walker or sitter; it embodies being a dependable friend and a familiar, comforting figure in a pet's daily routine and the community setting. As a BFF Buddy, you provide a variety of pet care services, including drop-in visits, walks, in-home pet sitting, and boarding services, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of different pets and their owners. This position is particularly well suited for students or part-time workers who seek flexible schedules, enjoy working in a calm and respectful setting, and thrive on daily interactions with clients. Compensation is structured as a 1099 contractor paid weekly per service with rates varying based on the type of service provided, offering between $400 and $3,000 per month. The schedule is flexible to accommodate the lifestyles of our team members while ensuring the pets receive consistent and loving care. This job is performed in-person, fostering a strong connection between the BFF Buddy, the pets, and the community around them. As part of this role, you will be expected to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensure meticulous adherence to each pet’s care instructions, and maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times. By joining our team, you become part of an organization that values your dedication and passion for animal welfare and offers paid training and referral programs to support your growth and success in the field.
