Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is currently hiring Seasonal Dock & Drink Servers for the outdoor seasonal venue, Dock & Drink, which operates from April to October 2026. - must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to scheduling
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- confidence in menu and beverage knowledge
- attention to detail in service and cash handling
- ability to foster positive teamwork
- minimum one-year experience in food and beverage serving
- knowledge of POS and reservations systems
- availability to work all shifts
- physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- ability to stand for long periods
