Job Requirements

  • must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to scheduling
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • confidence in menu and beverage knowledge
  • attention to detail in service and cash handling
  • ability to foster positive teamwork
  • minimum one-year experience in food and beverage serving
  • knowledge of POS and reservations systems
  • availability to work all shifts
  • physical stamina to lift moderate weights
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • submit guest menu selection and present food and beverage options
  • gain menu knowledge and give recommendations
  • engage in conversation and create restaurant experience through service style
  • conduct general restaurant preparation
  • maintain a sanitary environment
  • take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • perform friendly, courteous, timely, and professional service to ensure high guest satisfaction
