Job Requirements

must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
must be at least 18 years of age
ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to scheduling
a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
refined verbal communication skills
confidence in menu and beverage knowledge
attention to detail in service and cash handling
ability to foster positive teamwork
minimum one-year experience in food and beverage serving
knowledge of POS and reservations systems
availability to work all shifts
physical stamina to lift moderate weights
ability to stand for long periods
