Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is currently hiring Seasonal Dock & Drink Servers for the outdoor seasonal venue, Dock & Drink, which operates from April to October 2026. As a Dock & Drink Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting food and beverage options with enthusiasm and precision.   • must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to scheduling
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • confidence in menu and beverage knowledge
  • attention to detail in service and cash handling
  • ability to foster positive teamwork
  • minimum one-year experience in food and beverage serving
  • knowledge of POS and reservations systems
  • availability to work all shifts
  • physical stamina to lift moderate weights
  • ability to stand for long periods
