The Server Assistant works closely with Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service, including delivering meals and drinks directly to guests, bussing tables, and supporting other daily restaurant operations.

Job Requirements
- must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to obtain local food handler and alcohol serving permits prior to being placed on the work schedule
- genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues
- confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- ability to foster a positive working relationship with departmental and support role colleagues
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
