As experience and skill levels grow, technicians may take on additional equipment models under the guidance of supervisors and team leaders.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $36, based on experience, and various incentives such as a flexible work schedule, compensated travel time, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development. The company emphasizes safety in all job functions, including proper hazardous waste disposal and adherence to safety guidelines at customer sites. Associated equips its technicians with all the necessary tools, a company service van, and a gas card to facilitate their duties effectively.

The role demands a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment, alongside the capacity to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals accurately. Additionally, applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Joining Associated means becoming part of a company that underscores work-life balance by offering choices between a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts or a traditional 5-day work week with 8-hour shifts. The benefits package is comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more.
