Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements
- no one under the age of 18 may operate, clean adjust or touch a slicer or mixer
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements
- successful completion of required training materials, including watching videos and completing workbooks
- must be able to follow dish machine instructions and operate safely
- must be able to use a computer for timekeeping purposes
- uses sound judgment in day-to-day decisions by applying the company’s vision, values, and culture
Job Duties
- Sort, scrape, rinse, wash dishware, flatware, and kitchen cooking utensils in a timely manner
- maintain stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cook’s line
- exhibit integrity in all actions by meeting company standards in appearance, grooming, security, and sanitation
- wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans
- dispose of trash into outside dumpster and clean trash cans
- complete opening and/or closing duties
- maintain a safe and clean working area
- assist management with receiving and storing food items and supplies
- maintain exterior building including cleaning sidewalks, landscaping, and parking lots
- demonstrate respect for all individuals by cleaning and stocking bus service areas and guest restrooms consistently
- enthusiastically acknowledge guests with the company’s five-foot rule
- perform all other duties as assigned
