The role available is a full-time Food Service Supervisor position within Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. This leadership role is designed for individuals ready to step up their career by overseeing daily food service operations in collaboration with a manager. The Food Service Supervisor will take on responsibilities such as producing and maintaining work schedules, directing daily activities, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation are met according to company policies and health regulations. A significant part of the role involves maintaining organized and hazard-free food storage areas, managing inventory, and preparing accurate food production orders.
This position also emphasizes team leadership, including supervising and evaluating employees to promote their growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. The successful candidate will train and mentor food service workers, maintain communication with staff using various channels, and take part in food service meetings to ensure smooth operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- Completion of sanitation course within first year
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain food safety standards and comply with health regulations
