Now, Beatrix is expanding its team and currently seeking a Divisional Training Manager. This key role is perfect for a professional with at least two years of restaurant training experience who is passionate about developing and mentoring hourly employees and management teams. The Divisional Training Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive training programs across Beatrix locations, ensuring all team members uphold the highest standards of excellence. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package.
In this role, the Divisional Training Manager will conduct orientation sessions, initial training, tastings, and informational seminars to enhance employee development continually. They will review and update training materials, observe frontline operations, and communicate findings to management to implement improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with General Managers and designated chefs to assist with hiring, onboarding, and supervising hourly employees. Additionally, the manager will facilitate the use of the online applicant tracking system, help organize compliance training for food safety and alcohol awareness, and promote effective teamwork throughout the division. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts that may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends, as well as travel between locations as necessary. Physical stamina is also essential, as lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Job Duties
- Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including orientation, initial training, tastings, informational seminars, ongoing development of employees
- Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials
- Observe, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners
- Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable
- Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions
- Assist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed
- Use online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as needed
- Assist with execution and organization of GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
