Job Duties
- Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training including orientation initial training tastings informational seminars ongoing development of employees
- Review maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials
- Observe maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners
- Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable
- Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions
- Assist GM and designated managers chefs as directed to interview hire onboard train supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed
- Use online applicant tracking system ATS and teach ATS functions to managers as needed
- Assist with execution and organization of GHS food handlers compliance and alcohol awareness training
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests vendors and employees and respond with patience and courtesy
- Work a variety of days and shifts including early mornings late nights and weekends at multiple sites with or without overnight travel as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently move and or lift up to 25 pounds occasionally move and or lift up to 50 pounds
