The Division Marketing Coordinator role at Schell Brothers Boise Division is a dynamic and multifaceted position central to the division's marketing efforts. This role involves building and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing community awareness, increasing brand engagement, and supporting sales objectives. The coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing, corporate marketing partners, and the Divisional President to effectively bring the brand to life within the local market. The responsibilities of the Division Marketing Coordinator include content creation, particularly focusing on capturing high-quality photos and videos of homes, communities, amenities, and events. They will produce and manage video content tailored for social media channels, company websites, and various marketing campaigns. Managing digital tools such as Matterport virtual tours is also a key aspect of this role. The candidate will ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and storytelling approaches while creating signage for communities and events. Email marketing duties will be performed in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
Managing local social media platforms is a vital part of the job, involving posting content, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments and messages authentically. Building and maintaining productive relationships with homeowners, prospects, community members, partners, influencers, and local organizations is essential to expanding the brand’s local presence. The coordinator will also monitor social media trends and provide insights on local engagement and performance to optimize marketing outcomes.
Event planning and coordination are also important functions of this role. The Division Marketing Coordinator will help define, organize, and execute local events and community outreach programs that align with the company's values and objectives. This includes collaborating on planning, messaging, managing vendors, partners, signage, and logistics to ensure successful events that enhance community relations and promote the brand.

Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing or related field
- Proven ability to capture and produce high-quality digital content
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut
- Familiarity with virtual tour technologies such as Matterport
- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes
