This full-time salaried position, with a competitive annual salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, reports directly to the General Manager and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The primary responsibility is to oversee food service operations for the concessions department, managing and guiding a team dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage contract services that meet both operational and financial goals.
