Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check
- must possess a valid driver’s license
- must be able to work early hours starting as 3am
- flexible availability including weekends
- complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if necessary
- able to lift, stand, and move intermittently during shift
- able to fill in as General Manager when needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- effective communication and coaching skills
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- compliance with ServSafe Certification program
Job Duties
- manage bakery operations during shifts
- support other bakeries in the market as needed
- lead and coach the team by example
- ensure high-quality food and safe, clean store environment
- perform inventory tracking and vendor ordering
- handle cash management and scheduling
- participate in recruiting and training new team members
