District Shift Leaders manage the daily operations of their home bakery and support other locations within the market as needed, gaining valuable experience across multiple settings.

The position demands versatility, requiring the leader to step into various roles throughout the shift, ensuring high-quality food and beverage production and the maintenance of a safe, clean store environment. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check
- Possession of current valid driver’s license
- Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of development plan if not already certified

Job Duties
- Manage daily bakery operations including opening and closing procedures
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Support other bakery locations within the market as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- Achieve food cost, labor targets, and manage scheduling
- Recruit, train, and retain quality team members
