The District Sales Manager role at Performance Foodservice, specifically for the Westchester Counties NYC / Connecticut district, is a pivotal leadership position within the company. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in foodservice sales
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage personnel and resolve conflicts
  • Proficiency in setting and achieving sales and production goals
  • Understanding of pricing and marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws and company policies
