This position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 8 hours per day. The role is open for both internal promotional candidates and external applicants, offering employment for a 12-month period. The District values bilingual skills highly, as the ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish is a mandatory requirement reflecting the community's linguistic diversity. While no specific licenses or certifications are required, two years of increasing clerical experience with substantial public contact is expected. Experience in social media management and digital communications is preferred, highlighting the District's commitment to modern communication strategies.
