Founded in 1971, Starbucks has grown to become one of the most iconic brands in the world, with thousands of stores spanning across various countries. The company prides itself on its unique blend of premium coffee offerings, welcoming store environments, and a culture of inclusiveness and social responsibility. Starbucks is not just a coffee company but a place where partners (employees) share their passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while embracing the values of humanity and performance.

As a District Manager at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing teams across multiple store locations, driving business success, and fostering a strong connection with local communities. This leadership role is designed for individuals passionate about retail management with a focus on growth, operational excellence, and people development. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of stores, planning and implementing district-level strategies to meet and exceed each store's financial, operational, and customer service goals. Your ability to navigate day-to-day challenges, leverage the unique strengths of each store, and innovate based on local market dynamics will be crucial to your success.

In this role, you will act as a leader of leaders by motivating, coaching, and strengthening Store Managers to excel as team leaders and business owners. Your expertise will serve as a valuable resource for store-level management on staffing, operations, customer relations, and adherence to company policies. This role demands a strong focus on human-centered leadership and performance-driven results, reflecting Starbucks' commitment to fostering partnerships that empower people to grow personally and professionally.

Starbucks offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, and paid time off from the date of hire. Additional benefits include access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock programs, tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan in partnership with Arizona State University, financial well-being tools, backup care, and educational opportunities. Starbucks embraces diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring an inclusive workplace where every partner can thrive. This position requires full-time commitment with variable hours, offering a competitive salary based on various factors such as experience, geographic location, and job knowledge.

Joining Starbucks as a District Manager means connecting with something bigger than just a job. It means being part of a company that values people, quality, and community impact while providing ample opportunities for career growth and leadership development. If you have a proven track record in retail management, a passion for coaching and developing teams, and a desire to drive meaningful business results, Starbucks invites you to apply and embark on a rewarding career journey.
