Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating within the hospitality industry, specifically focusing on the restaurant sector. Our establishments pride themselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in quality food, outstanding service, and operational excellence. Located in Rochester, NY, our market has proven to be a high-performing region with strong fundamentals and continued opportunities for growth. We prioritize a people-first culture, aiming to foster leadership and development at every level of our organization. Our business model is designed to ensure consistent hours, operational efficiency, and a positive work environment; our restaurants typically close by 9-10 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance for our team members. Notably, our concept involves no fryers and no alcohol service, a unique aspect that differentiates us from many competitors and simplifies operational demands.

The role of District Manager in Rochester, NY offers a compelling opportunity for a results-driven leader to take ownership of an already successful market and elevate it to the next level. This is not a turnaround position; rather, it is a chance to lead a robust, thriving district with autonomy to manage it like a business. The District Manager will play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple restaurant locations within the district. This individual will be responsible for coaching, developing, and retaining General Managers and leadership teams, ensuring each location operates with high standards regarding food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.

This position involves comprehensive oversight, including analyzing profit and loss statements to implement strategic action plans for improving financial outcomes, managing food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency. The District Manager will also handle recruitment and hiring initiatives to build strong, customer-focused teams, tackling operational challenges such as waste, theft, and procedural gaps. Beyond day-to-day management, the District Manager will lead the rollout and execution of new initiatives, products, and technology platforms aimed at enhancing the guest experience. Collaboration with catering and delivery teams is essential to maintain excellent service standards, alongside addressing escalated customer and employee concerns.

With an attractive total compensation package ranging from $97,000 to $120,000 annually, inclusive of an uncapped monthly bonus, this full-time, in-person role also offers vehicle and expense allowances, plus comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, employee discounts, and company-provided laptop, tablet, and smartphone support. The role requires regular travel within the Rochester market, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary. Candidates should be prepared for physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

If you are a proactive, strategic leader with multi-unit restaurant management experience who is eager to own a high-performing market and drive meaningful business results, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our restaurant leadership team.
