Mo' Bettahs is currently embarking on an exciting expansion into the Minnesota market and is eager to bring on board an experienced District Manager to help lead this new chapter. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and dynamic brand at a pivotal moment of growth. The District Manager will play a crucial role in launching and establishing the brand's presence in Minnesota, ensuring the embodiment of the company's core values across all locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on cultivating strong restaurant teams, developing General Managers, and creating work environments where team members are empowered and guests receive outstanding service.

The position offers a competitive base compensation package starting between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, dependent on experience, with additional earning potential through two bonus programs that can pay up to $36,000 annually. Moreover, the role includes long-term incentive opportunities that reward sustained excellence and leadership success.

On any given day, the District Manager at Mo' Bettahs can expect to engage in a fast-paced and energetic work environment centered on people development and operational excellence. The individual will act as a mentor and coach to General Managers across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will focus on driving sales growth, enhancing operational performance, and nurturing a team culture infused with the spirit of Aloha, making sure that every guest interaction reflects the warmth and authenticity of the brand.

This leadership role requires balancing multiple responsibilities, including overseeing district-wide business operations, working collaboratively with various stakeholders, and implementing strategic initiatives that foster repeat business and positive workplace morale. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the District Manager plays a vital role in shaping the market strategy and day-to-day execution that will define the success of the Minnesota market for Mo' Bettahs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Proven track record of growing sales and developing leaders
  • Positive, energetic leadership style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to new systems and processes
  • Driver's license
  • Able to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
  • Able to ascend and descend stairs
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Able to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Able to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation
  • Must be responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
  • Must disclose use of prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair performance
