Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and developing teams
- Proven track record of growing sales and developing leaders
- Positive, energetic leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to new systems and processes
- Driver's license
- Able to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
- Able to ascend and descend stairs
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to work on a computer for extended periods
- Able to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation
- Must be responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
- Must disclose use of prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair performance

Job Duties
- Mentor and develop General Managers across multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Drive same-store sales growth and improve operational performance
- Foster a positive and energetic team culture embodying the spirit of Aloha
- Execute strategic plans in partnership with Director of Operations
- Manage all business operations within the assigned district
- Create an environment conducive to exceptional guest experiences
