Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Multi-unit/multi-site leadership experience in contract food management or large scale food service operations
  • Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
  • Strong financial acumen especially in profit/loss environments across multiple units
  • Experience leading large teams across a district
  • Focus on business growth and retention
  • Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain effective client relationships
  • Manage revenue and budgets sensitively

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in K12/student nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience over 5-10 years including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices and client interaction
  • Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven success in repeatable business model including leading change and turnaround initiatives
  • Advanced degree in business or related field preferred
