The Environmental Services District Manager is accountable for executing key operational strategies aligned with Aramark's standards and ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients and consumers.

This role involves frequent travel to various client sites throughout the district to maintain close operational oversight and foster strong client relationships. Key performance indicators for the position include revenue growth, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), margin improvement, consumer satisfaction, client loyalty, and employee engagement. The Environmental Services District Manager leads and mentors teams by setting clear expectations, recognizing achievements, and developing talent to achieve their fullest potential within the organization.
