Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five plus years hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
- One plus years experience in marketing, outside sales, and or business development
- Proven team development and leadership background
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Job Qualifications

- Proven team development and leadership background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Multilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
Job Duties
- Revenue and budget administration and control
- Analysis of P and L and General Ledger statements
- Motivating hotel team members, including hiring General Managers, guiding disciplinary concerns, and training
- Building relationships with vendors, Chamber of Commerce, Visitors Bureaus, and client sources to sustain revenue growth and account retention
- Training and mentoring General Managers and their teams
- Driving a commitment to quality across multiple locations
- Overseeing marketing initiatives and promoting hotel properties
