Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Seven years of management experience
  • Seven years of functional experience
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • US citizenship
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience managing union work environments

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage union work environments
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to obtain security clearance

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area
  • Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development
  • Develop a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Managers
  • Have a strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, and strong communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrate ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage the workload accordingly
