This position is for a District Manager role based in Miami, FL, supporting restaurant operations across key local markets. The District Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of multiple restaurants within the district to achieve objectives related to sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and human resource management. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who ensures that all stores operate in compliance with company policies, health and sanitation regulations, and ethical business practices.

As a District Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of food safety by enforcing all food safety procedures and addressing any corrective measures necessary for compliance. You will lead the growth mindset within your district by driving proper staffing and scheduling, increasing digital ordering adoption, and maximizing sales goals by monitoring and executing national and local marketing programs. Profitability will be a key focus, with a requirement to conduct monthly business reviews, troubleshoot and improve performance using labor and food cost tools, and maintain spending controls in line with the Annual Operating Plan.

Quality and customer experience are paramount at Wendy's. The District Manager creates a culture obsessed with serving high-quality food and ensures effective store visits to improve quality during all operational hours. Equally important is the focus on human resources, including maintaining appropriate staffing levels, promoting diversity in management teams, managing recruitment and retention plans, and ensuring restaurants deliver a great first impression with seamless hiring and onboarding processes. The role involves developing General Managers by providing proper training and career development programs to prepare a strong talent pipeline.

Compliance is essential to protect Wendy's brand and assets. The District Manager regularly evaluates store performance and conducts coaching or retraining as needed to uphold company standards. The role demands constant monitoring of customer feedback, operational metrics, and team performance to identify and implement improvements that enhance the overall restaurant experience.

This full-time position offers an annual salary range from $83,000 to $121,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
