District Manager

Wendy's, a prominent brand under the HAZA Group umbrella, is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee operations across 5-7 high volume Wendy's restaurants. This District Manager role is a critical leadership position that reports to the Director of Area Operations (DAO). The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience in district or multi-unit management within food service, preferably in fast food or quick casual concepts. This role requires strong multitasking capabilities, a sense of urgency, and demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

The District Manager is responsible for the overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations, which includes managing full profit and loss statements (P&L), overseeing staffing, training, and employee development. This role demands hands-on management, ensuring that each restaurant maintains high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Additionally, the District Manager will be expected to create and manage budgets efficiently and ensure compliance with company procedures and health regulations. They will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, cross-training, and disciplining general managers and staff as necessary.

The position requires frequent visits to assigned stores to assess operational effectiveness, uphold brand standards, and implement corrective actions when needed. This leadership role is pivotal in driving business results, elevating customer experiences, and supporting the growth initiatives of the HAZA Group's Wendy's franchise operations.
