Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Manager Certification required
- 3 or more years multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- Ability to pass background and reference checks

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurant locations
- Coordinate communication and teamwork between restaurants to meet company goals
- Work with management teams to achieve weekly sales targets and positive year-over-year comparable sales
- Manage profit and loss and achieve profitability targets
- Develop management and hourly team members through coaching, goal setting, and training
- Ensure adherence to standard operational procedures
- Respond to guest complaints and positive feedback in a timely manner
- Orchestrate new restaurant openings
- Assist fellow district managers when necessary
