Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Equivalent of 3-5 years work-related experience or training
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Weekend availability occasionally required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and goal oriented
- Willingness to uphold company values and policies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of related work experience or training in retail sales, customer service, sales management, or multi-unit management
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience supervising teams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple locations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and goal oriented
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
- Weekend availability occasionally required
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve district-level goals including revenue, occupancy, and profitability
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across the district
- Manage through unusual events to maintain operational standards
- Lead special projects such as facility conversions and openings
- Review store environments and business indicators to provide coaching and improve operations
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Oversee employee supervision including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
