Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Equivalent of 3-5 years work-related experience or training
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Weekend availability occasionally required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive and goal oriented
  • Willingness to uphold company values and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of related work experience or training in retail sales, customer service, sales management, or multi-unit management
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Experience supervising teams
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and goal oriented
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Weekend availability occasionally required

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve district-level goals including revenue, occupancy, and profitability
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across the district
  • Manage through unusual events to maintain operational standards
  • Lead special projects such as facility conversions and openings
  • Review store environments and business indicators to provide coaching and improve operations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee employee supervision including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
