Job Requirements

  • 3+ years with multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Safety Manager Certification required
  • Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and business development
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Successfully pass background and reference check process

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
  • Proven success in financial and people management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with basic computer software such as Word and Excel
  • Food Safety Manager Certification required
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurant locations
  • Coordinate communication and teamwork to meet company goals
  • Develop management and hourly team members through coaching and training
  • Manage profit and loss and drive sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and labor hour targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Assist in new restaurant openings and support fellow district managers
