Job Requirements
- 3+ years with multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Safety Manager Certification required
- Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
- Demonstrated success in financial management and business development
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Successfully pass background and reference check process
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- Proven success in financial and people management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with basic computer software such as Word and Excel
- Food Safety Manager Certification required
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurant locations
- Coordinate communication and teamwork to meet company goals
- Develop management and hourly team members through coaching and training
- Manage profit and loss and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and labor hour targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Assist in new restaurant openings and support fellow district managers
