Job Description

Habit Burger & Grill is a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain established in 1969 that prides itself on a people-first culture, emphasizing hospitality, attitude, integrity, and teamwork. Habit stands for these core values and represents a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by fostering an environment where employees feel like part of the Habit Family through the philosophy of One Habit, One Heart. The brand is well-known for its burger-centric menu specializing in fresh, cooked-to-order chargrilled burgers and handcrafted sandwiches featuring USDA choice tenderloin beef, grilled chicken, and sushi-grade Ahi tuna grilled over an open flame. It also offers fresh-cut salads, an appealing selection of sides, shakes, and malts, creating a diverse and satisfying menu for a wide range of guests. Recognized as "America's Favorite Restaurant Chains" in 2022 by Newsweek and awarded the Franchise Times Zor Award as "Top Franchise to Buy" in the quick service burger category, Habit Burger & Grill demonstrates a dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovative growth within the fast-casual dining industry. The company is now part of Yum Brands, the world’s largest restaurant organization, which also operates Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut, providing a strong corporate support structure and opportunities for growth within a global network.

As a District Manager at Habit Burger & Grill, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a group of 6-8 restaurant locations. Additionally, you will support new restaurant openings, collaborate with fellow district managers, and address guest feedback to uphold the brand’s standards of quality and service excellence. The District Manager position is an essential part of the Habit Burger & Grill family, offering opportunities to develop professionally in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
