Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- food safety manager certification
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally
- able to work standing for long periods
- ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- successful pass of background and reference checks
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience
- food safety manager certification
- demonstrated success in financial and people management
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- good communication and basic computer skills including Word and Excel
- ability to multitask in high-volume environment
- able to work during peak operational demands
- successful completion of background and reference check
Job Duties
- oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurants
- coordinate communication and teamwork to meet company goals
- work with management teams to achieve weekly sales targets and positive year-over-year comparable sales
- manage profitability to meet targeted flow-thru
- develop management and hourly team members through coaching, goal setting, and training
- ensure standard operational procedures are followed
- resolve guest complaints and respond to feedback
- orchestrate new restaurant openings
- assist fellow district managers
