The role of District Manager at Habit Burger & Grill is a pivotal leadership position overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants within a specified district. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the District Manager serves as a key driver in achieving company goals through effective communication and cooperation among restaurant management teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities with extensive experience in restaurant operations management, profit and loss oversight, and team development. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets and profitability goals, coaching and cultivating both management and hourly team members, ensuring operational standards are consistently met, and managing new restaurant openings. This role demands excellent multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience and foster a positive work environment. Importantly, candidates must also have a Food Safety Manager Certification and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word and Excel. Job Duties
- oversee daily operations of 6-8 restaurants
