Job Requirements
- Must be able and willing to relocate to Buffalo area with potential relocation assistance
- valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
- flexibility to work any days and shifts as needed
- consent to background screening including criminal, driving, and drug screening
- possess all documents required by state and federal law
- demonstrated effective leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision making skills
- results oriented and customer service focused
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as District Manager or MUM Manager in high volume fast food or quick casual concepts
- previous Wendy's District Manager experience preferred
- proven track record in financial management, staffing, customer evaluation, food safety, and voice of customer programs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated leadership and team management ability in fast-paced environments
- results-oriented and customer service focused
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations including staffing and full P&L
- create and manage budgets
- ensure compliance with food safety procedures according to company and health regulations and take corrective actions
- interview, hire, cross-train, and discipline GMs and staff
- visit assigned stores to ensure quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- coordinate with and report to senior management
