Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years work-related experience in retail sales, retail, customer service, sales management and/or multi-unit management
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience supervising others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability may be occasionally required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-hire background screening
- Comply with company attendance policy
- Ability to perform physical demands including frequent sitting, bending, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and effective communication
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of related work experience in retail sales, customer service, sales management, or multi-unit management
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a multi-location supervisory role
- Collaborative team player
- Ability and willingness to work remotely as necessary
- Valid state driver’s license
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve district-level goals including revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across your district
- Manage through unusual events to maintain district operations standards
- Lead with integrity, honesty, and alignment to company values
- Coordinate special projects such as facility conversions and openings
- Review store environments and business indicators to identify opportunities and provide coaching
- Oversee financial performance and implement corrective actions to meet objectives
- Solicit and follow up on customer feedback
- Monitor controllable expenses to maximize return on investment
- Conduct monthly site audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coach store managers on repairs and maintenance
- Supervise hiring, training, and scheduling of employees
- Evaluate employee performance and enforce company policies
- Maintain effective communication with leadership and team members
- Travel up to 50% for district oversight
- Perform other duties as assigned including special projects
