Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years in restaurant leadership roles
- at least 2 years managing multiple units
- demonstrated success in sales growth and team development
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to manage multiple priorities
- comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ability to travel as needed
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- proven ability to develop people and grow sales
- enthusiastic and positive attitude
- adaptability to new systems and processes
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- mentor and lead general managers across multiple locations
- oversee daily business operations within the district
- develop and execute strategic plans for growth and same-store sales improvement
- foster team building and people development initiatives
- ensure a positive and growth-oriented company culture
- handle deployment and operational challenges
- report to the Director of Operations
