Currently, Mo' Bettahs is looking for a dedicated District Manager to join their leadership team. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with bonus opportunities that can amount to $36,000 per year plus additional long-term incentives. The District Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and mentoring General Managers across several restaurant locations, ensuring the consistent development of the Mo' Bettahs brand in every district. The position involves wearing many hats including business operations oversight, strategic planning, team building, and fostering growth to drive same-store sales and enhance guest experiences. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and serves as the key contact to maintain a culture of positivity and ongoing improvement.
