Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years in restaurant leadership roles
  • at least 2 years managing multiple units
  • demonstrated success in sales growth and team development
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • ability to travel as needed
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
  • strong leadership and team mentoring skills
  • proven ability to develop people and grow sales
  • enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • adaptability to new systems and processes
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • mentor and lead general managers across multiple locations
  • oversee daily business operations within the district
  • develop and execute strategic plans for growth and same-store sales improvement
  • foster team building and people development initiatives
  • ensure a positive and growth-oriented company culture
  • handle deployment and operational challenges
  • report to the Director of Operations
