The District Manager role at Red Bull is a key leadership position responsible for managing and guiding a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) who execute in-store operations across a designated group of key retail customers. Job Requirements
- Repeatedly lift 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily
- Move carts or dollies weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly daily
- Perform prolonged administrative work at a desk
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Perform physical activities requiring use of arms and legs including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- 3 plus years experience in direct store delivery management
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 6 years experience in a similar role
- 2 plus years management experience in sales environment
- Valid US driver's license and obtainment of DOT medical card
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 6 years experience in a similar role in lieu of degree
- 3 plus years experience in direct store delivery management with proven sales success
- 2 plus years management experience in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and mathematical abilities
- Ability to lead and coach a team effectively
- Valid US driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical card
Job Duties
- Drive sales volume, track key performance indicators for assigned account sales managers and monitor execution monthly
- Spend two days per week on route riding to train and evaluate account sales managers and market execution
- Establish and maintain communications with retail partners and decision makers to implement programming
- Teach account sales managers selling skills including account setup, objection handling, personality management, and retail math
- Conduct regular meetings to improve operational expertise and recognize results
- Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and serve as a leader among peers
- Ensure team adherence to company standards and operating procedures
